Moving is exhausting; physically and emotionally draining. We have moved far too many times and it never gets easier and we are not pros. I don't have many photos from the last week and once again am posting late, because that is my current reality. There are still boxes and chaos and kids and a dog adjusting, although I feel everyone is doing pretty well.
This photo was a day or so in, at the end of a long day. Empty shelves, boxes, tired daddy, dog just happy he was sitting long enough he could jump up on his lap and get some love; because nobody explained to him life was about to get turned upside down...again. But as long as he's with his people, it's all ok.

2018 Lifestyle Project - Week 6
You can read the introduction to this project by clicking here.
A couple of days late posting this week, for last week, but with good reason; we just moved this past weekend and our internet service didn't start up again until yesterday. This picture is absolutely not a 'pretty' one, but it is an accurate representation of my last two weeks; packing, packing and more packing!
Our move day was quite amazing! We had put a message in our church bulletin asking for help and we had so many people turn up. It was probably our quickest, smoothest move ever, completed in record time and it was a wonderful feeling to have so many people in our new home. As people chatted and drank tea and munched on biscuits, there was a real sense of community and I felt so grateful, not only for all the help, but for this new house and the space and all that it represents as an answer to prayer. This is a new season!
